I have a hard time getting an appetite and keeping it. I also get stomach aches while digesting food. I made this with some spaghetti and I ended up eating a whole plate and not having stomach issues digesting. The funny thing was getting the munchies 30 minutes later even though I knew I was already full. So I ate a few pieces of candy to handle the munchies after dinner. Maybe make enough so you have left overs. Tastes just like a homemade tomato sauce.
